By accessing or using the website located at albanyinsulationcompany.com (the "Site") or by requesting services from Albany Insulation Company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or request our services.
Albany Insulation Company provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related services, in the Albany, Georgia area and surrounding communities.
All services are subject to a written scope of work agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Free estimates are provided at no obligation. An estimate is not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement provided before work begins.
Prices may change if site conditions encountered during work differ materially from those present during the estimate. We will notify you of any material change in scope or cost before proceeding.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes to your schedule.
We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.
Payment terms will be specified in the written service agreement for each job. In general, payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless stated otherwise.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in the service agreement. Unpaid balances may be referred to collections.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within 1 year of the completion date, we will return to assess and correct the issue at no additional charge, provided the defect is related to our work and not caused by third-party damage, improper use, or conditions outside our control.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the product installed and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation upon request.
Except as stated above, our services are provided "as is" and we make no additional representations or warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Albany Insulation Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services and to ensure reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled job date. You are responsible for securing or removing personal property from the work area before our crew arrives. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not moved prior to the start of work.
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of it.
All content on this Site, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Albany Insulation Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and Albany Insulation Company related to our services or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hi@albanyinsulationcompany.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in GA.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
